The reason for mentioning the name "Yun Che" comes from the Book of Wei, and its naming was inspired by the ancient imperial car "Che" in China. According to the production and marketing express, BYD sold 207,000 vehicles in March, up 97.4% year-on-year, including 13,312 passenger cars exported. The cumulative sales volume of new energy has exceeded 3.9 million. At the launch conference of BYD’s 3 millionth new energy, industry experts said that BYD has made many technological breakthroughs in the field of new energy, and its comprehensive competitiveness has entered the forefront of the world.
The recognition of the market and industry is inseparable from the blessing of BYD’s core technology. In the past few years, BYD has successively introduced a series of subversive technologies, such as blade battery, DM, E platform 3.0, CTB battery body integration and easy Sifang. In terms of technology research and development, BYD continued to overweight. In 2022, the accumulated R&D investment was 20.223 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 90.31%. BYD currently has more than 69,000 R&D engineers, and has applied for more than 40,000 patents worldwide, leading technological innovation with its technical strength.
It is worth noting that BYD recently released its 2022 results. The annual operating income was 424.061 billion yuan, up 96.2% year-on-year, and the net profit returned to the mother was 16.622 billion yuan, up 445.86% year-on-year. All core operating data reached record highs.
