Hejing County held training courses for official veterinarians and village-level animal epidemic prevention officers.

Xinhua News, Xinjiang, March 1 (Yangyang) Recently, Hejing County Agriculture and Rural Bureau and Bazhou Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau jointly held a two-day training course for official veterinarians and village-level animal epidemic prevention officers.
The training invited relevant experts from Bazhou Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau to give lectures in the county. A total of 192 official veterinarians and village-level animal epidemic prevention officers from the county participated. Combined with the actual situation of animal epidemic prevention work in Hejing County, the training explained in detail the Implementation Plan of Animal Disease Immunity in Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in 2024 and the Animal Quarantine Regulations, focusing on the key points of standardized use of animal vaccines, technical points of improving cattle and sheep breeds and self-protection of employees. In particular, the scientific prevention and control technology and immune technology operating norms of brucellosis, echinococcosis and other zoonotic diseases were explained in detail.
"This training not only gave me a more systematic understanding of animal epidemic prevention knowledge, mastered the key measures to prevent and control animal epidemics, but also learned the importance and urgency of village-level animal epidemic prevention work. In the future, I will apply the knowledge and skills I have learned to practical work and contribute to the village-level animal epidemic prevention cause."
