　　The ice and snow track is oval with a total length of 1.5 kilometers. The competition is divided into three groups: group A, group B and open group. According to the new rules of the competition, the way of preliminaries and finals is adopted. The preliminaries are started by bicycles, and the finals are started by four cars. The scene is intuitive, intense, thrilling and exciting! Yang Ping, a racer of Yehe Royal Mountain Ski Resort, said: "The modified racing car, the driver’s strong technical level and good luck are the three magic weapons to achieve good results. The rally was held in our Siping Tiedong, and I am proud of my hometown."

　　On the afternoon of 28th, at the closing ceremony, the referee announced the total score of the competition. Wang Dongjiang, Jia Jinyi, Lang Lang and Hao Shouyi won four individual competitions in Group A, Lan Fengfeng, Xiao Jinjiang and Ai Mengrong won three individual competitions in Group B, Cong Pengli, Song Peng and Song Peng won the first prizes of 1.6L, 2.0L and 2.0L respectively in the open group, and the first prizes in team A and team B. The first winners of the 1.6L class team competition and the 2.0L class team competition in the open group are respectively the Dalian Fengnian Racing Team of Siping Jiping Special Vehicle and the Henan Haosheng Rally Team of Siping Jiping Special Vehicle.
