Guangzhou Outdoor Sports Festival ＂Walking Nature＂ Haizhu Wetland Walking Conference opens.

　　In 2023, the 9th Guangzhou Outdoor Sports Festival "Walking Nature" Haizhu Wetland Walking Conference opened in Haizhu National Wetland Park on November 11th. As an IP activity of "One District, One Product" national fitness in Haizhu District, Haizhu Wetland Walking Conference is loved by the general public. This year, more than 1,000 citizens rushed to punch in and become another sports card of "Vibrant Haizhu".

　　At the launching ceremony, leading guests from Guangzhou Sports Bureau and relevant departments of Haizhu District honked their horns for the event and awarded "Healthy Stars" to the parent-child families who participated for three consecutive years! Parent-child families participating in the activities started a traceless hike, practiced the concept of green life and spread healthy positive energy.

　　Haizhu National Wetland Park is a blend of bustling cities and natural ecological beauty, with unique characteristics of delta urban lakes and river wetlands. It is an important birthplace of Lingnan fruits and a gathering area of Lingnan folk culture. At present, it has become a window of Guangzhou’s green heart, urban ecological construction and a national fitness resort.

　　More than 300 groups of parents and families participated in the Haizhu Wetland Walking Conference. Children and their parents joined hands to explore nature and discover its wonders. They laughed and completed the five-kilometer and ten-kilometer walking challenges along the way, and there were game challenges such as "Nature Detective" and "Flying Feather Pursuit" along the way. They met many rare animals and plants in the wetland unexpectedly and gained a lot! Haizhu Wetland Walking Conference also invited many enterprises in Haizhu District to form a team, taking the walking conference as a group building activity to unite the team.

　　Haizhu District actively uses the fruits of "Vibrant Haizhu" ecological construction to provide better ecological environment and business services for enterprises rooted in Haizhu development. At the event site, we will set up interactive game exhibition booths for enterprises free of charge, publicize and promote high-quality enterprises in the region, better serve key enterprises and key talent teams in Haizhu District through competition activities, help optimize business services, and promote the integrated development of culture, business and sports.

　　In recent years, Haizhu District has continuously created IP of high-quality sports events, made use of the advantages of waterfront resources around the island to promote the traditional sports characteristics of Lingnan, and successively launched mass sports brand events such as "Tide Playing Haizhu Happy Riding" sports carnival and Haizhu Sports Club "Vibrant Haizhu Cup" series sports open, which promoted the participation of the whole people in sports and fitness and promoted the continuous development of the sports industry.
